As the race route wound through the picturesque peaks of Xingyi's Wanfenglin, Latvian cyclist Kristians Belohvosciks powered ahead on terrain that suited him best. Riding for the Monzon Incolor Gub continental team, he claimed victory in Stage 2 of the Tour of Guizhou – The Park Province International Road Cycling Race.

赛后，这位拥有13年骑行经验的老将，在兴义的山水间找到了另一种胜利。

After the race, the 13-year cycling veteran said he had found　another kind of triumph amid Xingyi's stunning landscape.

“我很惊喜地发现贵州有多美，”Kristians说，“我以前从未见过这样的山，它们的形状太特别了。”对于来自波罗的海沿岸的Kristians而言，贵州的地貌是一场视觉冲击。“在我们国家，地形相对平缓。而这里的山，就像一幅幅立体的画。”他说，“我在骑行时看到一个标识写着——‘中国最美丽的地方欢迎你’，我真的很开心，因为我真的来对地方了。”

"I　was truly surprised by how beautiful Guizhou is,"　Kristians said. "I've never seen mountains shaped like these—they're extraordinary."　For the rider from the Baltic coast, Guizhou's scenery was a visual revelation. "In my country, the land is mostly flat, but here the mountains rise like living paintings,"　he said. "During the ride, Isaw a sign that read, 'Welcome to the Most Beautiful Place in China.' Ismiled, because I really believe I've come to the right place."

从兴义的峰林到蜿蜒的山道，从城市街景到原生态村落，贵州的赛道不仅考验耐力，更带来心灵的震撼。Kristians坦言，这样的风景让人忘记疲惫：“当你骑在这样的山间，你会觉得自己是风景的一部分。”

From the forested peaks of Xingyi to winding mountain roads, from modern cities to untouched villages, Guizhou's routes tested endurance while offering moments of awe. "When you ride through these mountains, you feel like you've become part of the scenery,"　Kristians said.

如今，环贵州公园省国际公路自行车赛已成为世界车手了解中国山地之美的重要窗口。

Nowadays, the Tour of Guizhou has become an important window for riders worldwide to experience the beauty of China's mountain landscapes.

对Kristians来说，这场比赛不仅是一段竞速之旅，更是一段“文化发现”。“我希望有机会再回来，也许不是为了比赛，而是为了看看这里更多的地方。”在贵州的群山之间，他用车轮丈量风景，也用心感受快乐。正如他所说——“贵州真的是一个很漂亮的地方，这里的山和人，都让这场比赛变得特别。”

For Kristians, it was more than a race—it was a cultural discovery. "I hope I can come back someday—not just to race, but to see more of this place,"　he said. Among Guizhou's mountains, he measured the landscape with his wheels and found joy along the way. As he summed up, "Guizhou is truly a beautiful place—the mountains and the people make this race something special."
